Understandably it can be quite tricky purchasing garments online.
You may return/exchange any purchased item at your own postage cost. If you would like to return/exchange an item(s) please notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase date. The delivery address will be provided to you when we receive your return/exchange notification. The item(s) must be delivered within 7 days of notification email.
To return/exchange an item(s), please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel. me & oli strongly suggests that you use registered mail so you can track the package.
me & oli will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end, if no tracking system was used on the package. For Australian customers, if you would like to exchange a garment, you are required to enclose a prepaid post bag, for the return of your item(s).
All other countries orders will be charged a standard shipping cost for the return of your exchanged garment(s).
All items must be in a new, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags attached.
me & oli is not responsible for any item(s) returned/exchanged that are not returned new, unwashed and in unworn condition. We will not accept your return/exchange if me & oli considers the item(s) used.
Return items will have refunds processed within 7-10 days on receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment.
